The BISE DG Khan gazette is the official complete record of every student who appeared in the SSC Part 1 annual examination 2026 from all four districts — DG Khan, Layyah, Muzaffargarh, and Rajanpur. Every student’s roll number, name, marks, grade, and result status is in this document.
It will be available on 2 September 2026 from approximately 11:30 AM — within 90 minutes of the 10:00 AM result announcement.
With 105,854 students — the smallest count among western Punjab boards — the gazette file is manageable in size, typically 25 to 45 MB. For students in remote districts where download speeds are limited, this is genuinely good news.

Why the Gazette Matters Specifically in DG Khan Division
Three of the four districts in BISE DG Khan’s jurisdiction — Rajanpur, Muzaffargarh, and much of rural DG Khan — have limited institutional infrastructure for students to recover lost documents. If a student in a remote tehsil of Rajanpur loses their roll number slip and their school does not have a copy — the gazette is the only realistic way to locate their result by name before they can arrange for a duplicate slip.
This makes the gazette more than a backup method in this board’s region. For students in Taunsa, Kot Chutta, Jampur, Rojhan, and other remote tehsils — knowing how to use the gazette is a practical necessity, not just an alternative option.
Download Guide
Step 1 — From 11:30 AM on 2 September Wait at least 90 minutes after the 10:00 AM result. Trying before 11:30 AM will find nothing.
Step 2 — Open bisedgkhan.edu.pk Navigate to Results & Statistical Data section → Look for “Gazette 2026” or “SSC Part 1 Result Gazette.” The board organises its results section clearly with year-wise links.
Step 3 — Download the file 25 to 45 MB — manageable on mobile data for most students. If you are in an area with weak signal, use Wi-Fi or download during off-peak hours (after 3:00 PM when traffic drops).
Step 4 — Open and search Open PDF → Ctrl+F (PC) or Find in Page in mobile browser → Type your exact registered name.
Step 5 — Confirm entry For a board covering four geographically distinct districts, the district column matters. If your name appears multiple times, match district first, then school name.

For Students in Remote Tehsils — This Section is For You
Most result guides are written for students in urban areas with stable internet and well-resourced schools. This section is specifically for students in Taunsa, Jampur, Rojhan, Kot Chutta, Karor, and other remote areas of DG Khan division.
If your internet is weak: The gazette at 25–45 MB downloads faster than most other Punjab boards. Try downloading between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM — wait until 3:00 PM if signal is poor for a smoother download.
If you lost your roll number slip and your school has no copy: This is more common in remote areas than in cities. Your name is in the gazette. Download it, search by your registered full name, and note your roll number from the entry. That roll number is then valid for SMS checking (800295) and for any future board correspondence.
If you cannot access any internet at all: Send your roll number to 800295 from any mobile phone with network signal. This is the single most important piece of information on this page for students in genuinely remote areas of Rajanpur and Taunsa.

Common Problems — Solved
“Gazette not showing before 11:30 AM” Expected. Upload takes at least 90 minutes after the result announcement. Check back at noon.
“My name is not found” Try variations — full registered name, then surname only, then first name and father’s name. The gazette uses your exact admission form spelling. Your school has a copy of your registration form — contact them to confirm spelling.
“I found my name but marks look wrong” Note your roll number from the gazette and contact BISE DG Khan directly in DG Khan city. If you are in a remote district, your school can formally write to the board on your behalf for marks verification.
“PDF crashes on my phone” Use Chrome or Samsung Internet browser — not a PDF app. At 25–45 MB the DG Khan gazette is lighter than most, but older phones with limited RAM can still struggle. Forward the download link to a family member with a newer device if needed.
“I am from Rajanpur — will my result be in the same gazette as DG Khan city students?” Yes. All four districts — DG Khan, Layyah, Muzaffargarh, and Rajanpur — are in the same gazette. Students from all four districts are listed together in roll number order.
