The BISE Swat gazette for 9th class 2026 is the official complete record of all 47,000+ students who appeared in the SSC Part 1 annual examination from Swat, Shangla, and Buner. Roll number, name, subject-wise marks, total, grade, pass or fail status — everything is in this document.
It will be available on bisess.edu.pk approximately one hour after the result announcement in July 2026.
One time-saving note before you download: BISE Swat’s official website supports direct name search online — you can check by name at bisess.edu.pk without needing to download the gazette PDF. Enter your name and father’s name in the search option. The gazette is still valuable for an official offline record and for subject-wise marks verification — but if you only need a quick name-based check, the website search is faster.

Download Guide
Step 1 — One hour after announcement
In 2025, gazette was available within an hour of the 1:00 PM announcement. For 2026, expect it from approximately 2:00 PM or 2:30 PM on result day.
Step 2 — Open bisess.edu.pk
Go directly to the official site. Look for “Gazette 2026”, “SSC Part 1 Gazette”, or “9th Class Result Gazette Download.”
Step 3 — Download the PDF
BISE Swat covers three districts with around 47,000 students. File size is typically 20 to 40 MB — one of the more manageable gazette sizes in KPK. Downloads quickly even on mobile data.
Step 4 — Open and search
Open PDF → Ctrl+F (PC) or Find in Page (mobile browser) → Type your exact registered name.
Step 5 — Confirm entry
Match school name. Shangla and Buner students — check district column to confirm your entry among any common name matches.

For Shangla Students
Shangla is Swat board’s most remote district. It sits northeast of Swat proper, accessed through winding mountain roads. Mobile data in parts of Shangla can be weak or unavailable on regular networks.
For Shangla students:
The SMS method (8333) is your most reliable result-checking tool on result day. Any mobile signal — even 2G — delivers your result by SMS within 15 minutes.
The gazette, once downloaded on a stable connection, works completely offline. If you can access Wi-Fi at a local school, office, or town centre, download the gazette and save it. You do not need internet again after that to view your result.
School heads in Shangla typically receive institutional result data from BISE Swat. Your principal has your result. If internet is completely unavailable, your school is a reliable local source.
Common Problems — Solved
“Website not loading on result day”
Normal — result announcement time sees heavy traffic. Use SMS to 8333 first. Try the website at 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM when load drops.
“My name is not found in gazette”
Try: full registered name first, then two-word combination (first + father’s name). If your name has a Pashto spelling with multiple possible transliterations — try both versions. Your school has your registration form with the exact registered spelling.
“I want to check result by name quickly”
Skip the gazette download. Go directly to bisess.edu.pk and use the name search function on the result portal — faster than downloading a PDF.
“PDF crashes on my phone”
At 20–40 MB, Swat’s gazette is smaller than most. Chrome browser handles it. If crashes persist, use the online name search at bisess.edu.pk instead.
“I need to contact the board about a marks issue”
Call BISE Swat Controller of Examinations at 0946-865671 or email info@bisess.edu.pk. Office timing: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
